交通问题（1）
Nowadays, many citizens are complaining about the heavy traffic. It has seriously influenced people's daily life and social development. To solve this problem, some suggestions has been put forward.
如今，很多市民都抱怨繁忙的交通问题。它已经严重影响了人们的日常生活和社会发展。为了解决这一问题，有的人提出了一些建议。
Some people suggest building more streets and roads to reduce traffic density. It really works in the beginning, but before long, these new streets and roads are full filled with more cars. Some others advise to limit the amount of bikes and cars to decrease the traffic flow. It does work in a short time. But this measure will affect the consumption and make buses more crowded. In addition, the needs for bikes and cars can only be much more with the development of society.

In my opinion, people should be encouraged to take public transportation and people should keep this view in mind. Furthermore, the government should accelerate the development of subway and urban railway to establish a comprehensive urban transport system.
在我看来，应该鼓励人们乘坐公共交通，人们应该牢记这一观念。而且，政府应该加快地铁和市内铁路的发展，建立综合的城市交通系统。

有一次，我赶去朋友家玩，走着走着，我就发现对面的红绿变成了红灯，我不得不停下了脚步，等着等着，因为玩的驱使，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，这时，我看到马路上没有车，心想：“我闯一次红灯吧。”就这样，我飞快地冲了出去，过了这个红绿灯，我心里有一种说不出来的快活。我走啊走，又走到了另一个红绿灯前，等着，这次等得更久，我等了很久都没有变绿灯。我想：再闯一次红灯吧。当我想像上次一样飞快的跑过马路时，一个叔叔抢在了我的前面，一场惨剧就在我的眼前发生了，这位叔叔刚到马路中央时一台车飞快的冲了过去“碰”，只见叔叔躺在地板上，露出惊愕的表情，地下流了很多血，我看到了这一幕，定定的在原地呆着，直到绿灯亮时，我才呆呆地往前走，我没有心情和朋友玩，脑海里回想着刚才发生的那一幕。
是啊，闯红灯就像一张死神通缉令，它让原本幸福的家庭支离破碎，不再重逢。假如人们不违反这，就不会让它得逞，也看不到到车祸的局面。如果你不闯红灯，安全就像一双无形的翅膀守护着你，让你不受到死亡的威胁。
最后，我向大家呼吁，不要闯红灯，靠近安全，远离危险!

在海南生活一段时间，上了出租车总是习惯性地询问到哪儿哪儿多少钱，彼时司机总会一脸不屑的样子瞪我一会儿，好像一眼就看穿我不会讲价。继而说了个我能接受的价格（注：我是被这帮人给吓惯了，在被惊人的价格打击数番之后，我绝不敢再低估生存在海口的成本，估价时几乎都是把手中的人民币当成等面值的日元），飞驰在路上，我想到了那日在吴江，一个贵州大汉玩我的场景。吴江给我的印象是地广人稀，偌大的家乐福超市都可以竟日无人出入，可能因为那是工业园，总之就留下了那么个印象。那日我在汽车站等出租车，四周空旷，大约十分钟可以等到一辆。站在候车道内，伸手拦下一辆，无奈刹车灵敏度不尽如人意，没停准，我向前悠悠移去，可恨一少妇娉婷钻入车内，那个司机叔叔给了我一个眼神，让我感觉他有意催她下去。然而，是我太天真了，他调头就跑了，瞬间让我明白他回头的目的是告诉我他是挣钱的，不是挣情的。悻悻转回候车道，此时跨一电驴的面善大叔走来，说要载我，和出租车一样价。我看天色已暮，没耐心等了就随他去了。最后结果就是，他说要宰我，和出租车八倍一样价。我说：“大叔，还要我请你吃饭不。”他说：“不用，这就够了。”对比一下南京，那日在南京迷路，原因是老虎地图路线错误，我猜测它载入的可能是六十年前的老南京。我漫无目的的走着，看见路旁停靠一辆出租车，司机脸色不大好看，恐又要被宰，转念一想，那也不能露宿街头吧。上前问他，到南站多少钱。老叔说句“打表”当时给我感动得哗哗落泪，到地方我百般不舍地想带他去给海口的无耻之徒做表率。有首歌唱的好“千万别到天涯海角来，这儿的人心比比的坏”
所以我总结了，在海南，法律是极度不健全的，出租车的计价器完全是当里程表用的。火车票实名制之前，代售处可以只给候车站留下三张学生票，而且明目张胆从售票窗口拿走，还要大声嚷嚷“你去告吧，我看你们有什么本事”（哇塞，好威风，拿自己当朱元璋了），然后全价兜售给学生，这样火车站不好做的事就可以顺理成章地委托给代售处了。他当然会提前给你打好预防针，好意告知火车站也不可能买到学生票。要我说，有本事把学生票全都直接在火车站全价卖，反正没人管，怕丢海南人的人怕给海南抹黑之类的话就别多说了，因为海南在多数来过的人心中根本就没有脸。实名制之后火车站是怎样的惨状我就由于一直没打过交道就无从得知了。机场秩序是交通站点最不受干扰最让人舒心的了，可能他没工夫不远万里跑到机场再不辞辛苦地跑过来，来来回回累个臭死晕得找不着北，最后发现那儿还没有火车站排队上公共厕所的人多。在苏州在南京，违法的人活的都提心吊胆，在海南呢，都活的锦衣玉食有滋有味。就是在淮北，他妈的也没有这样大胆的，也没有这样低素质的。

With the development of economy, there are more and more vehicles on the streets. Governments at all levels have to do something to solve the problem of heavy traffic in the city.
随着经济的发展，道路上的汽车越来越多了。各级政府必须做些事情来解决城市拥堵的交通问题。
I would like to share with you some ideas about this problem: firstly, the government should build more roads. This action can decrease the degree of street congestion and make it possible for cars to run faster than ever before. But each coin has two sides. If a city builds too many roads, the streets will occupy much land. We will have little space used for other purposes. So secondly, more special bus lines for public transportation should be added. Thus people can go conveniently everywhere they like; they will not ride bikes or drive cars. In this way, the number of cars and bikes on the road will be greatly cut down.

因为客观条件所限，一些道路不畅考点不能调整，太原市教育局公布了五大交通有问题的考点。6 月1 日、2 日，本报记者实际探访了这个5 个考点，给考生一些出行方面的建议。
在出行高峰期，要去这几个考点确实很困难，要么道路拥堵，要么到了考点附近车辆无法通行。所以，在这5 个考点考试的考生一定要提前熟悉路线，选择好出行方式。
1 太原二十七中
只有东门可以出入，因为并州南路改造，机动车到不了校门口，但亲贤北街仍可通行，考生可在此下车，步行入考点。并州南路靠近校门的一侧留有十余米宽的道路可供行人和自行车通行。另外，考生也可从北面的二营盘街向东行至并州南路后，步行或骑自行车向南至考点门口。
2 太原十二中（高中部）
位于旱西关街南二条，门前道路实施单行。现在府西街封闭施工，阻断府西街旱西关南二条路口，开车有两条路线可走：从新建路向西拐入旱西关南巷，抵学校大门；由旱西关街朝南拐入旱西关街南一条，再右拐旱西关南巷抵学校大门。开车从学校大门外驶出，全部自南向北走旱西关南二条驶出，从旱西关街分流。
3 太原市外国语学校
考生步行或骑自行车能直接到校门口，但机动车只能停在千峰北路。
4 太原第二外国语学校
考生可步行或骑自行车从新民中街或西华门街进入国师街考点。
5 太原进山中学
考生可步行或骑自行车从五一路拐至杏花岭街入考点，或从上马街杏花巷口向北再向东进入考点。
